4Limitation of Liability

Our software platform and layout metrics are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Beacon Digital is not liable for any direct or indirect business disruptions, profit reductions, or data sync delays resulting from the use of our dashboard systems.

5Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account workspace access at our discretion, without prior notice, if you breach any part of this agreement or engage in unauthorized platform activities.
